About the role:
You will be part of a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view, different ways of thinking and new capabilities to strengthen. Also working closely with the APAC regional marketing team.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the Product Road map creation for your market and category in conjunction with the APAC regional marketing team based on 2 broad principles a. Price Patrion gaps in your market, b. Identify White spaces
- Create short- and medium-term key initiatives to drive the key categories and define enablers associated with roadmap, margin mix, communication strategy.
- Define role of each category based on 3-year country/market strategy within the VCP (Value creation plan) framework
- Define role of A&P investment by each category based on VCP framework and create a detailed A&P plan to deliver both market marketshare, and Topline objectives
- Create Business case proposals for both new products and marketing plans with clear KPI’s
- Create sustained competitive analysis based on GFK, E-com data. Use social listening and R&R analytics to define category insights.
- Create new brand/Proposition – Baristina (with distinct new business model)
- Create annual marketing/activation calendar which should have a mix of communication plans (digital and offline), D2C and offline plans.
- Create marketing communication briefs (Annual and Quarterly) based on creation and transcreation needs which is in line with the annual category strategy. Responsible to deliver marketing investment ROI’s
- Create media briefs for all key categories (both Annual and Quarterly) with locally relevant insights.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in Marketing
- Minimum degree (or local equivalent) in Marketing/ Business
- Knowledge in commercial strategy and portfolio optimization, brand and product marketing, media planning including digital / online marketing. A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial approach.
- Demonstrated Strong Stakeholder Management Capability
- Thrives in a cross functional environment, with experience leading cross functional teams
- Action orientated, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate constructively and focus on multiple priorities.
- Experience in digital marketing, media planning, online sales, business / P&L management
- Fluent in English
- Self-driven and resilience with a can-do attitude - embodies an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organization
