About the role:

Are you ready to drive strategic marketing leadership in a dynamic, high-growth environment?
As a Marketing Manager at Versuni Adriatic, you will lead the local marketing strategy and execution, in Adriatic area (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro), aligning closely with regional direction. You’ll translate global strategies into impactful local campaigns, manage the full product lifecycle, and ensure the right products reach the right consumers at the right time. You will manage the assigned category P&L and through your collaboration with cross-functional teams and commercial partners, you’ll champion category growth, optimize performance, and fuel profitable results in the Adriatics market.
 

The impact you’ll make:

  • Shape local marketing strategy in line with regional plans, based on deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle: plan and execute new product introductions, phase-outs, and portfolio optimization to ensure a profitable, timely, and consumer-relevant range.
  • Own demand generation through development and implementation of data-driven, 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Drive local activation planning, tailoring global toolkits with insights from the Adriatics consumer, and leading content localization.
  • Develop and track annual marketing calendar forecasts, ensuring alignment with sales goals and optimal product availability.
  • Plan and manage the A&P budget, track marketing ROI, and ensure effective use of investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Logistics, Digital, and Consumer Care teams to align execution across the organization.
  • Partner with media agencies and external stakeholders to create and launch high-impact campaigns that maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Support commercial strategy by contributing to pricing, margin realization, and sales enablement through coordinated planning with the Commercial Excellence and Key Account teams.
     

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects from strategy to execution.
  • Experience in digital marketing, market research, or trade marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of P&L dynamics, pricing strategy, and budget management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Fluent in Croatian and English
