Job Title: Marketing Manager APAC

About the role:
Leads identification of locally relevant consumer insights and aligns the Versuni portfolio selection and implementation for APAC markets, including the expansion into new/emerging categories. Implements local E2E activation plans across all sales and media channels. Responsible to manage 2 year product roadmap for APAC markets, covering existing and new category launches.
The impact you’ll make:
Span of categories will include Climate Care, Floor Care and Pet Care
- Translates brand and category strategy into sub-category strategy and roadmap and owns business case realization, including the expansion into new/emerging categories
- Owns 2-Yr proposition roadmap of the sub-category based on deep consumer understanding as well as competitor & retailer insights, ensuring readiness for both existing and new categories
- Supports identification of locally relevant consumer insights and develops compelling insight-led trade stories to support new category launch or category expansion
- Plans A&P (incl ROI) and owns locally relevant marketing activation across all APAC markets
- Owns the end-to-end NPI process for relevant categories
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Knowledge in proposition development, consumer insights development, commercial acumen to launch/scale categories and manage regional business case
- Strong appreciation on marketing communication
- Knowledge in digital marketing, managing category level P&L
