Job Title:  Marketing Intern (2 openings)

About the role:

Are you looking to take first steps in and be a part of impactful marketing campaigns and product activations?
As a Marketing Intern at Versuni, you'll support the design and execution of innovative marketing strategies that resonate with local consumers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and activate compelling value propositions, localizing and analyzing performance of creative, consumer-centric, and data-driven assets, as well as localize amazing, innovative products. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring consistent category alignment by supporting experienced team of Marketing Managers.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support in creating local marketing activation plans according to the Global and regional strategy, setting the marketing calendar based on consumer, marketing, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to bring local insights and needs to life.
  • Support in driving local portfolio management with NPI launches preparation based on relevant consumer needs.
  • Take part in deployment the best marketing practices for local markets by working with digital, trade/shopper marketing, and PR teams.
  • Localize global content with occasional local content creation (toolkits, digital assets, brand ambassadors, user-generated content, product cards, etc.).
  • Execute an integrated media calendar for an 18-month perspective, with an ROI-conscious approach, including SEM budget.
  • Participate in forecasting and planning demand, based on current business results, market trends, and innovation/marketing campaign pipeline.
  • Analyze data and manage advertising and promotion budgets.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Current student or recent graduate of, preferably, Commercial or Business Oriented degree.
  • First marketing and commercial experience, preferably with FMCG or consumer goods background will be an asset.
  • Experience working with MS Office, namely MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. 
  • Open and willing to learn.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Passionate about consumer and data driven.
  • Good communication and influencing skills with can-do spirit.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing including social media and online business will be an asset.
  • Fluent in English and Polish proficiency.  
  • Available ca. 40 hrs/week.
  • Based in Warsaw area and happy to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
