About the role:
Leads the global category strategy by developing the vision, portfolio architecture, and positioning for the category. Leads the design and execution of global marketing and product activations, working cross-functionally with I&D teams to build compelling value propositions. Steers the master assets for annual 360-degree activation campaigns and category playbooks across digital and offline channels, including product launch, packaging, and foundational marketing materials. Oversees the deployment of global toolkits and playbooks to local markets, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment worldwide

Key Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of the global category vision and portfolio strategy (1- and 3-yr plan), including product architecture and price positioning (guidelines).
- Develops and coordinates in-store offline and online layout strategies, that ensures optimal coverage of Hero SKUs, clear consumer partitioning, and appropriate price range representation.
- Collaborates with Proposition Management, to steer innovation value propositions and drive innovation development in-line with consumer trends.
- Steers ideation, design and development of master assets for annual 360-degree marketing activations, including digital, offline, and product launch activations.
- Steers master asset production for global campaigns and the creation of the category playbooks,
- Assures a strong final consumer facing work of packaging and all foundational assets.
- Steers the creation of global marketing toolkits and category playbooks deployment and adoption to fighting units, providing governance and guidelines for consistent execution of global marketing strategies at a country level.
- Effectively manages the budget and delivery on time and quality.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’ degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in marketing, product development or agency side.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex marketing initiatives at scale.
- Strong organizational, leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills/ Fluent in English.
