About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations in Varginha.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, quality, and safety across all manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and delivering best-in-class performance.

WORK MODEL: 100% ON-SITE ROLE BASED IN VARGINHA FACTORY.

The impact you’ll make:

Lead and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance productivity and reduce waste
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, fostering a strong safety culture on the shop floor
Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring optimal resource allocation and efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR
Manage and develop high-performing teams, promoting engagement, accountability, and talent development
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance
Support new product introductions (NPI) and industrialization processes
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and global manufacturing standards

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field
Solid experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in consumer goods or appliances industry
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
Proven leadership and team management skills in a factory environment
Experience with production planning, process optimization, and cost control
Fluent English (mandatory)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
Experience in multinational companies
Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Six Sigma is a plus
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
