Job Title:  Manager

About the role:

Provide support to Manufacturing operations by keeping optimum inventory / maintaining inventory accuracy / implement new technologies in material movement and eliminate NVA for manufacturing process for the brands “Preethi” and “Philips”

The impact you’ll make:

• Coordinate with OMM team for getting monthly plan / weekly plan / other delivery priority 
• Responsible for monthly / weekly volume achievement as per target
• Responsible for ensuring Monthly / weekly volume are met as per demand
•  After conversion of bill of material , giving input to Buyers team for their RM procurement.
• Releasing the Monthly / weekly / daily plan to CFT team.
• Daily Plan Vs actual monitoring and report issues to Leadership team for loses.
• Coordinate with materials team for ensuring materials are feed to line on time.
• Analysis the daily loses and address the issue with respective stack holder.
• Approach and solve the operational issues with problem solving technique.
• Handling manpower with high efficiency.
• Responsible for material issuance to production on time
• Responsible for Inventory accuracy and conducting daily perpetual stock audit.
• Responsible for adhering all the controls and safety protocols 
• Responsible for plant cleanliness by maintaining 6S
• Responsible for accuracy by ensuring proper material receipt and material issues.
   

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Min 7-8 Years in Production planning and control ,Stores , Material Management
• Min any Degree is required.
• Good basic knowledge about Material flow / overall process flow 
• Good in stake holder Management.
• Better Manpower handling skill
• Good communication skill
• Basic knowledge in material production, suppliers handling,
• Expert in Excel and PPT
• MIS report preparation
