Job Title:  Machine Learning Operation Engineer

About the role:

In this role, you'll ensure seamless integration of ML solutions into production. You’ll drive best practices in automation, reliability, and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven innovation.

The impact you’ll make:

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain Machine Learning solutions using cloud services to enhance customer engagement and smartness of our connected products
• Integrate and Develop AI solutions—including pre-trained models and APIs—into existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability with current software infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into products and services, requiring hands-on software development
• Optimize and operationalize AI/ML workflows for scalability, performance, and robustness in production environments
• Automate and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, including model versioning and testing
• Ensure best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance in the deployment of AI systems
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams and stakeholders
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in accordance with coding standards and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, documents, and knowledge-sharing materials.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including API development
• Experience integrating cloud-based AI services (e.g. Amazon Bedrock) into backend systems and applications
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) 
• Experience working with LLMs and NLP applications using APIs or open-source models
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and backend service architecture
• Agile mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English
