Job Title:  ME Engineer

About the role:

In this role, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on driving efficiency and continuous improvement in production. You’ll ensure that line workers have the tools and guidance they need, design and refine manufacturing processes, and use data to identify and address bottlenecks. Working hands-on, you’ll help transition processes from prototype to full-scale production, adapting quickly to evolving production demands.

The impact you’ll make:

• Designing new manufacturing or production processes
• Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Identifying the root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Engaged in ongoing efforts to continuously improve processes
• Analyzing data from various sources, such as sensors and production records
• Responsible for transitioning processes from small-scale prototypes to full-scale production or adapting processes to different production volumes

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Elecrical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in roles like process engineer, maintenance engineer
• Shop floor hands-on experience
• Technical Proficiency in Engineering Tools & Methods ( PFD/PFMEA/Control Plan/SPC )
• Skilled in technical drawings
• AutoCad skills is a plus
• Proficiency in Romanian and English
• Project Management Abilities
• Analytical Mindset & Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience in Life Cycle & Change Management
• SAP working experience is a plus
• Availability to work on-site 5 days a week
