Job Title:  Key Account Specialist

About the role:

As a Key Account Specialist you will create value jointly between Versuni and our retailers, enhancing the consumer decision journey. You will drive sustainable growth for these accounts by deciding where to invest time and resources, and by adjusting action plans in real-time based on performance. In this role, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and you will report directly to the Vietnam Commercial Director.

The impact you’ll make:

• Lead a multi-year partnership to enable profitable growth and deliver Joint Business Plan targets
• Negotiate win/win contracts that form the foundation of robust Joint Business Plans in compliance with our Commercial Policy
• Establish the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth
• Develop brand equity for loyal Versuni shoppers with optimal ROI of trade terms and retail advertising
• Strive for healthy trade inventory to ensure cash flow and on-shelf/online availability
• Turn real-time performance insights from internal and external data pools into proactive improvement actions
• Deliver on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, inventory management, and in-store shares
• Manage additional projects while maintaining the current book of business, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis as needed
• Assist internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree equivalent level in key account management, sales, or an MBA
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge in sales strategy and digital sales, direct-to-consumer (D2C), digital sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, and portfolio segmentation
• Self-driven and resilient with a can-do attitude, embodying an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organization
