Anchored in these values, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Key Account Manager within our Sales team, based in our Istanbul office.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of one of our key Technical Super Stores customers while being part of a dynamic and fast-moving environment, where you'll have the opportunity to streamline operations, enhance sales efficiency, and contribute to meaningful business growth.
The impact you’ll make:
- Build, develop and manage relationships with the respective key customer
- Implement strategies to optimize distribution and maximize sales opportunities
- Lead annual negotiations, deals and JBPs by ensuring flawless execution of customer plans with effective gap-filling
- Drive account sales performance through strong forecasting, target setting and performance tracking
- Establish the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth
- Monitor account performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Strive for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on shelf/online availability
- Collaborate with Consumer Marketing & Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional activities, product launches, field activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive landscape
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments
- 7 years of hands-on experience in sales or key account management in B2C environment; ideally from small/ major domestic appliances, any other industries relevant to consumer electronics and/or FMCG/consumer goods background
- Solid knowledge in sales strategy, sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing, value extraction and portfolio segmentation
- Prior and/or current account management experience in technical super store channel or any relevant channel is a plus for this role.
- Language skills: Turkish and English
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Result oriented with a primary focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
