About the role:
You will be part of Versuni Domestic Appliances sales team in South Balkans region. In this role, you will develop and drive credible and productive business long-term relationships with customers in given sales channel in Bulgaria by understanding the business model / needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationship with the accoun
The impact you’ll make:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with all direct customers in Bulgaria
- Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans that drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction with support of Trade Marketing team
- Sales Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products contributing to revenue growth, initialize customer tailored actions and launch loyalty programs
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and client industries to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Collaboration: Ensure good cooperation with both Merchandisers (Bulgaria) and secure shop floor staff trainings together with Trade Marketing team
- Manage sales, stock, forecasting and budgeting for the accounts, plan and execute product distribution targets in cooperation with order supply chain team
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key account metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- University degree, preferably related to Marketing, Business or Sales
- Solid experience in field in sales roles gained preferrable in domestic appliances industry
- At least 3 years of experience as KAM in consumer goods industry
- Experience in establishing and maintaining strong business relations and account strategy
- Fluent Bulgarian & English both written and verbal
- E-commerce acumen and data driven mindset
- Strong ownership
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, result-oriented with focus on building meaningful relationships
- Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated, enthusiastic team player
- Good command of MS Office
- Driving license
- Residency in Sofia area
