About the role:

In this role you have the opportunity to ensure that sales targets per product and per account are set and achieved by delivering an account-specific growth plan. You will actively drive sales out and customer profitability by focusing on product assortment, promotional ROI, sell-out, and promotional activation.

The impact you’ll make:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Key Account Manager with a versatile profile—ideally someone who has worked across multiple customer types and channels and is strongly consumer-focused.

 

  • Manage annual customer contracts within a pay-for-performance framework.
  • Develop, negotiate, and implement Joint Business Plans with key retailers, leveraging multiple data sources (Sell-Out data, Market
  • Share, Share of Voice, Product Mix, etc.) to drive improvements.
  • Work closely with the Perfect Store Trade Marketing (PSTM) team to build strong baseline plans and promotional calendars.
  • Be accountable for account profitability and collaborate with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team on trade investment optimization.
  • Serve as the internal expert and advocate for the customer, driving the right assortment and portfolio management.
  • Align internal stakeholders behind your account plans to ensure delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external field sales teams to monitor perfect store execution and sell-out performance.
  • Contribute actively to international account teams by connecting local strategies with global initiatives.
  • Share best practices and tailor international strategies to local accounts.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/5) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management, preferably within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience managing customer P&Ls, trade budgets, and product mix strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and manage Joint Business Plans and KPIs with retail accounts.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving to identify growth opportunities.
  • Fluent in English and French
