We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our rapidly growing Sales organization in Istanbul office!

 

In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic and fast-moving environment where you’ll have the opportunity to streamline operations, enhance sales efficiency, and contribute to meaningful business growth.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Develops and manages relationships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners
  • Implements strategies to optimize distribution and maximize sales opportunities
  • Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP)
  • Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth
  • Monitors channel performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Identifies new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion
  • Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability
  • Turns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions
  • Collaborates with Marketing teams to execute promotional activities and product launches
  • Prepares regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitive activities

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas
  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience in sales or key account management in B2C environment; ideally from small/ major domestic appliances, any other industries relevant to consumer electronics, FMCG/consumer goods and/or retail industry background
  • Knowledge in sales strategy, sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, portfolio segmentation
  • Prior and/or current experience in e-commerce channel is a big plus for this role.
  • Language skills: English and Turkish (Fluent English is critical for this role)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Result- oriented with a primary focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
