About the role:
Are you ready to lead and innovate in Key Account Management? As the Global KAM Excellence Director, you will drive our global KAM strategy, developing frameworks for Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Pay-for-Performance (P4P) models across markets.
You will frame and consolidate the distribution of our Hero products and extract value through IKAM management. You will develop negotiation simulations and best practices to enhance local negotiation capabilities, and collaborate with local KAM leads to ensure the deployment of global frameworks and the delivery of key business objectives.
The impact you’ll make:
- Lead the development and deployment of the Joint Business Plan (JBP) framework, ensuring alignment with the VCP agenda
- Drive the distribution increase of HERO SKUs globally, maximizing coverage and availability of key SKUs across markets
- Develop and roll out ‘war game’ negotiation simulations globally to improve KAM negotiation, ensuring best practices are shared and implemented to drive win/win outcomes in key account contracts
- Lead the trade stories program as a toolkit to design an advanced argumentation framework and support localization by the markets
- Enable IKAM management to increase and optimize value extraction from global/cross-border accounts by developing frameworks that support effective account management
- Drive global KAM planning excellence with the CIT tool to ensure data-driven decision-making and the NOOS tool for optimizing distribution and stock positions in collaboration with the Commercial Platform owner
- Encourage negotiating Pay-for-Performance (P4P) models
- Collaborate with local KAM Excellence leads to ensure global frameworks are effectively adapted to local market conditions, providing support and governance to drive consistent implementation
- Monitor and report on global KAM performance, ensuring continuous improvement in KAM processes and execution across regions
- Define the KAM Excellence digital roadmap (in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence platform owner) and drive tooling adoption across markets
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Strong understanding of joint business plans, contract negotiations, pay-for-performance models, and trade activities.
- Proven track record in account management within the consumer business sector.
- Excellent communication skills, along with expertise in managing cross-regional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
