About the role:

The Quality Intern role offers hands-on experience in analyzing quality issues, supporting the implementation of action plans, and managing quality-related databases. It’s a great opportunity to develop problem-solving skills and gain exposure to continuous improvement processes in a dynamic environment.

The impact you’ll make:

Provide support in analyzing current quality-related issues and identifying root causes
Assist in the implementation and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans
Maintain and update quality-related databases and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement initiatives

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, or similar)
Willingness to learn – experience will be gained on the job
Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
A proactive attitude, with attention to detail and a mindset focused on doing things the right way
Problem-solving orientation and motivation for both personal and professional growth
