Job Title:  Internship: Talent Acquisition/ Rewards Intern

About the role:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern with a passion for connecting young talent with great opportunities. In this role, you’ll help shape our internship and early-career hiring programs — supporting everything from campus outreach to candidate experience.

Working alongside experienced recruiters, you’ll learn how to attract, assess, and select high-potential students and graduates, while contributing ideas that make our programs more engaging, inclusive, and impactful.

The impact you’ll make:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate roles
• Post vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and assist with reporting on hiring progress
• Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from application to offer
• Contribute ideas for improving internship programs and onboarding experiences

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and early-career talent development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience with LinkedIn, Excel, or applicant tracking systems is an advantage

Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
