About the role:
As a Change Management Support Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the Supply Chain Excellence team of Versuni with driving improvements across supply chain management. You will work together with various Supply Chain leads to support them in the transition to a new operating model. You will learn all about the different supply chain capabilities and initiatives on Versuni’ s improvement roadmap.

Location: Amsterdam (main office) / Eindhoven - hybrid, around 3 days in the office)
Type: Internship - Not Suitable for Thesis
Length: 6 months
Time: 40 hours/week (preferred) / min 32 hours/week
Expected Start Date: ASAP
The impact you’ll make:
- Support in setting up/maintaining communities of Practice within the global supply chain on specific functional areas such as Order Management, Demand Planning, supply Planning, etc.
- Helping the supply chain management teams in deploying best practices, tools and processes.
- Work closely to Business Process Experts (BPE) and support them in setting up best practice training and safeguarding the standard process within their functional expertise
- Bringing new energy to the team, drive collaboration between teams and help them to improve overall productivity & efficiency
- Utilize the available tooling from the Microsoft Office Suite to unlock excellent team communication and information/knowledge sharing
- Come with great ideas and above all having fun while doing it!
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Studying in the field of, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related
- Great communication skills, eye for detail, well organized & structured
- Continuous improvement thinking
- Digital mindset and Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel. Data visualization tooling
- Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills (ability to interpret complex information and convert into clear and easy messaging.
