Job Title:  Internship: Supply Chain Inventory Management

About the role:

You will be part of the European Supply Chain team, supporting the Inventory Management team which has essential role in the S&OE process in the short-term planning horizon (0 to 3 months) through demand, supply, and inventory planning activities.

 

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)
Type: Non-thesis internship
Duration: 6-12 months
Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Expected Start date: ASAP

The impact you’ll make:

  • Supporting the activities related to scheduling, prioritizing, and planning the inbound flow to maximize product availability.
  • Assisting in building and automating internal reporting as well as improving existing ones to create better visibility on overall inventory and availability.
  • Help the team in improving the stock depletion and stock redeployment process to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Bring in your technology and analytics skills to make an impact!

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a study program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Apps.
  • Nice to have experience with Power Query, Phyton, and SAP.
  • Pro-active and experienced in Problem Framing/Solving.
  • Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
  • Digitally-savvy & data-confident.
