About the role:
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Support the Supply Chain Excellence team of Versuni with driving improvements across supply chain management. You will work with different Supply Chain leaders and learn all about the supply chain capabilities and initiatives on Versuni’ s improvement roadmap.

Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hours)

The impact you’ll make:
- Enabling excellent team communication and information/knowledge sharing through creating e.g. the monthly SC newsletter, posting SC news on Viva engage and SharePoint sites.
- Supporting the different Communities of Practice (CoP’s) within the global supply chain on their communication and drive maximum engagement utilizing their platform (SharePoint).
- Helping the supply chain management teams in deploying best practices, tools and processes.
- Work closely with Business Process Experts (BPE) and support them in setting up best practice training and safeguarding the standard process within their functional expertise
- Bringing new energy to the team, drive collaboration between teams and help them to improve overall productivity & efficiency
- Come with great ideas and above all have fun while doing it!
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Studying in the field of Supply Chain, Business Administration, Communication or related studies.
- Great communication skills, eye for detail, well organized & structured.
- Continuous improvement thinking.
- Digital mindset and Skilled and/or interested in applications such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Power Automate, Data visualization tooling.
- Highly proficient in English with solid writing skills (ability to interpret complex information and convert into clear and easy messaging).
