About the role:
You will be part of the European Supply Chain team, supporting the Inventory Management team, which plays a critical role in the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process. The team operates within a short-term planning horizon (0–3 months), covering demand, supply, and inventory planning activities.
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2-3 days per week at the office)
Type: Internship (hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: 01.03.2026
The impact you’ll make:
- Support scheduling, prioritization, and planning of inbound flows to maximize product availability.
- Assist in building, automating, and improving internal reporting to enhance visibility of inventory levels and product availability.
- Support stock balancing activities across our four main distribution centers, as well as the replenishment process for local warehouses, to ensure high availability and strong customer service levels.
- Perform and manage the VAS-to-stock process, including setting up and executing exception management processes in collaboration with local markets.
- Work closely with the Warehousing and Distribution teams to improve inbound planning reliability and drive overall process improvements.
- Contribute to streamlining internal processes to increase efficiency and transparency across inventory management activities.
- Leverage your technology and analytics skills to make a tangible impact on supply chain performance.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Currently enrolled in a study program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Apps; SAP experience is preferred.
- Proactive and experienced in Problem Framing/Solving.
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
- Digitally-savvy and data-confident.
