Job Title:  Internship: Group Consolidation and Reporting

About the role:

As a Group Accounting Intern, you will join the Group Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting (GACR) team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and sustainability reporting within a global organization. You will support key reporting activities, contribute to strategic finance projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions within Versuni.

 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your financial and analytical skills while gaining exposure to major business processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, as well as CSRD reporting initiatives.

 

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office)
Type: Internship
Duration: 6–12 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (32–36 hours negotiable)
Expected Start Date: 1 October 2026

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support the Group Accounting team with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
  • Assist in CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting and collaborate with sustainability stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support the planning and coordination of quarterly press releases and annual reporting activities.
  • Retrieve, process, and analyze financial data from reporting systems.
  • Perform analytical reviews and contribute to business performance reporting.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and other finance-related projects.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Currently studying Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in IFRS, financial reporting, and sustainability reporting (CSRD).
  • Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with data and financial analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
