Job Title:  Internship: Global Social Media

About the role:

We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Intern to join our Global Digital team. In this role, you'll be an essential operational backbone for the Global Social Media team, keeping processes running smoothly, platforms governed and up to date, and the team informed and aligned.

 

From supporting Content production to Reporting operations and contributing to overall Global Social Governance process as well as the delivery of social content toolkits, this role offers a rich, hands-on experience at the intersection of global strategy, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Duration: 6 -12 months

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Expected Start Date: June 28th

The impact you’ll make:

1. Operations & Platform Management

  • Own Sprinklr operations for the Global Social Media team, including account setup, market onboarding, and maintenance of training materials.
  • Support the rollout and day-to-day operational tasks of global social media projects, working with the global agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate content production operational logistics for all related social initiatives
  • Help maintain account governance to ensure brand security and platform hygiene across all channels and markets.

 

2. Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain and update key team documents, ensuring all materials are organized, current, and accessible.
  • Assist in documenting and optimizing social media workflows to improve global team efficiency.
  • Support the delivery of the Social Content Toolkit and any related updates, including content adoption tracking, and consolidated feedback and delivery efficiency.

 

3. Reporting & Insights Support

  • Key role to ensure Sprinklr is used efficiently globally and locally.
  • Support the performance reporting process, providing assistance to team members in data consolidation and visualization.
  • Assist with trend research, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
  • Help prepare data outputs and presentation decks as needed for team and stakeholder reviews.

 

4. Internal Communications

  • Own and produce the Social Media Newsletters, curating content, coordinating inputs, and distributing to internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and distribute regular social media updates to keep global teams informed and aligned.
  • Support internal communication around new tools, platform updates, and process changes.

 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams (App, DTC, eCommerce) to align social media support for campaign rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with Influencer & PR teams and Community Management teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and platform innovation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Energetic and creative profile ready to be hands-on on multiple projects.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced global team.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for process tracking, data consolidation, and presentation development.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Experience or interest in Sprinklr (or similar social media management and reporting tools) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (professional working level); additional languages are a bonus.
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership.
