About the role:
As a Global Customer Care Intern, you will join the Voice of Consumer (VOC) team and help transform consumer data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with global stakeholders, supporting the creation of dashboards, reports, and analyses that help teams better understand consumer feedback and improve decision-making across the business.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to combine data analytics with business thinking. Rather than simply creating reports, you will be encouraged to investigate trends, identify opportunities, and help stakeholders understand the “why” behind the data.
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)
Duration: 6–12 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: 1 September 2026
The impact you’ll make:

Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using consumer and business data.

Analyze trends and generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and recommendations.

Collaborate with the Voice of Consumer team to improve reporting and insight generation.

Help answer key business questions through data-driven analysis.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience with reporting, dashboarding, or data visualization tools.

Familiarity with Power BI is a plus; experience with similar tools is also welcome.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Important:
Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
