About the role:
As an DC availability Intern, you will be part of the European Supply Chain team, supporting the DC availability team which is a key function within the European Supply Chain organization, supporting our 4 main warehouses in Europe as well as a few local warehouses.
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)
Type: Internship (Non-thesis)
Duration: 6 months, possibility to extend
Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Expected Start Date: ASAP
The impact you’ll make:
- Supporting the activities related to stock balancing between the different distribution centres, manage the stock re-routing and ensuring timely goods delivery.
- Perform and manage the VAS-to-stock process, including setting up the exception management process with the markets and perform accordingly.
- Supporting the local warehouses replenishment process to ensure high availability and high customer service levels.
- Working closely with Warehousing and Distribution department to improve inbound planning reliability and overall process improvement.
- Assisting in streamlining internal reporting as well as improving existing processes to create better visibility on overall inventory and availability and increase efficiency.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Currently enrolled in a study program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Apps.
- Pro-active and experienced in Problem Framing/Solving.
- Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
- Digitally-savvy & data-confident
