Job Title:  Internship: D2B SSP eCommerce Operations Support

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our B2B eCommerce team in driving operational efficiency and business acceleration. This is a great opportunity for a student to gain exposure to real-world business processes, digital operations, and platform support.


You will assist with content updates, basic functionality testing, documentation support, and coordination across key internal tools. In this role, you will also contribute to the execution of our B2B platform growth ambitions by providing hands-on operational support.

 

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)

Type: Internship (Non-thesis)

Duration: min. 6 months

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Expected Start Date: ASAP

The impact you’ll make:

  • Support the creation, editing, and publishing of internal and external training and communication materials (presentations, user guides, newsletters).
  • Monitor platform content quality and report issues or inconsistencies to the operations team; edit content directly on internal portals or CMS platforms when required.
  • Assist in testing new platform functionalities and documenting findings.
  • Help prepare change management documentation, including stakeholder communications, training content, and process updates.
  • Provide operational support during release cycles, including coordination of Release Operations (RO) activities and documentation tracking.
  • Support the upkeep of analytics dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or similar tools) and generate regular performance reports.
  • Assist in tracking training sessions, communication plans, and rollout activities across multiple markets.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Currently studying in a field such as Business, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or Information Systems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn about B2B ecommerce management.
  • Clear written communication skills in English.
  • Interest in digital platforms, eCommerce, or internal communications.
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus but not required.
