Job Title:  Internship: Communication and Change Management Support

Location:

NL

About the role:

Versuni is home to Philips Domestic Appliances, Saeco, Gaggia and Preethi — brands in millions of kitchens worldwide. Behind them sits a Supply Chain spanning dozens of countries. We're looking for someone to make that community talk to each other.

This is not a coffee-and-copy internship. From week one you own real channels: the monthly Supply Chain newsletter, our Viva Engage community, and the SharePoint platforms our global Communities of Practice run on. You'll sit with Supply Chain leaders, turn complex improvement programmes into stories people actually read, and see your work land in the inboxes of colleagues on four continents.

Location: Amsterdam
Type: Internship - Not Suitable for Thesis
Length: months
Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hours)
Expected Start Date: September 2026

The impact you’ll make:

  • Write and publish the monthly Supply Chain newsletter — your byline, your ideas, a global audience

  • Grow engagement across our Viva Engage and SharePoint communities, and make our Communities of Practice places people want to spend time

  • Work side by side with Business Process Experts to build training and bring best practices to life

  • Translate complex, technical improvement work into clear, human messaging

  • Bring the energy — spot what's not working, propose something better, and run with it

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • You're studying Communication, Business Administration, Supply Chain or something adjacent

  • You write well in English — you can take something complicated and make it land in three sentences

  • You're organised, curious, and you genuinely enjoy talking to people you've never met

  • You're comfortable with (or excited to learn) PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Power Automate and data visualisation tools

Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We hire for curiosity and drive.

What we’ll give you in return:

  • A seat inside a large-scale global transformation programme — the kind of exposure most people wait five years for

  • Direct access to senior Supply Chain leaders, and a manager who invests in your development

  • Real skills in stakeholder management, internal communications and influencing without authority

  • The Versuni Intern Social Connect community in the Netherlands — [X] interns who meet regularly, so you never do this alone

  • Interns who make an impact here often come back — several of our team started exactly where you're about to

Important:

Please note that in order to be considered for an internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of which may be requested at any time. Students from outside the EU need to fill in an NUFFIC agreement, which needs to be signed by the student and the university. Please note that the contents of our regular internship assignments are not suitable for professionals (and/or MBA students) with professional work experience.
