About the role:
Be part of the team creating value jointly between Versuni and retailers for an exciting consumer decision journey. Drive sustainable growth of these accounts, and decide where investment of time/resources is needed. Correct action plans in real time according to performance in the Sumatera area.
The impact you’ll make:
- Creates value jointly between Versuni and and retailers/distributors on traditional channels for an exciting consumer decision journey.
- Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP).
- Negotiates win/win contract as foundation of robust JBP in compliance with Commercial Policy.
- Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth.
- Develops the brand equity for loyal DA shopper with optimal ROI of trade terms & retail advertising.
- Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and on-shelf/online availability.
- Turns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions.
- Delivers on businesss and operational targets for his scope , including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store-shares
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Min 5 years experience in Sales (with min. 3 years experience acting Sales Supervisor) in Electronics or FMCG industry
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge in sales strategy, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, portfolio segmentation.
- Experienced in South Sumatra, specifically for BENGKU
