In this role, you will support the delivery of effective HR processes and employee experiences across training, performance management, employee relations, compliance and HR operations, while contributing to continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.

We offer fixed term contract for maternity leave duration.

The impact you’ll make:

• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Assist with the performance management process, including goal setting and performance reviews
• Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Conduct exit interviews
• Perform administrative and payroll activities when required
• Assist with HR-related projects/audits
• Stay up to date with HR laws and regulations and ensure company policies are compliant
• Assist in regular negotiations with trade unions
• Update & Maintain HR related policies/procedures

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, or a related field is expected
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as HR generalist/HR Specialist gained in manufacturing area is essential
• Solid knowledge in local labor and payroll legislation is required
• Hands-on experience in employee life cycle admin&payroll area
• Previous experience in managing collective negotiation is strongly appreciated
• Demonstrated interest in the People field and a genuine passion for empowering people to realize their potential and grow through their work
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills coupled with strong analytical skills
• Advanced English and proficient Romanian language skills
• Resilient to changing environment, acting with enthusiasm
• Can do attitude, able to bring people together

*Availability to work from the plant 4 days week – is a must
