About the role:
As Success Factors Functional SME, you are working within the framework of the SAP Programs Strategy, Roadmap, and the defined Hire to Retire Work Plan, provide end-to-end solution and process enablement advice and knowledge, focused on the key hire to retire process chain and the primary integration points.
In this role you will be part of the Workforce Analytics & Digitalization team which is driving a strategic functional support to the entire HR community as well as over company level in terms of HR IS, Organization Design and State of the Art People Analytics. You work closely with the Centers of Excellence in the Global HR LT as well as the HR Regional teams across the globe. The impact you’ll make:
- SME acts as the conduit between the Center of Excellence (CoE), the HR regional teams and IT architecture, delivery teams, and the business functions. They are the 2nd level point of contact for all SF system’s needs.
- You closely collaborate with the HR Teams to find ways to enhance implemented SuccessFactors modules and standardize processes. You support the HR community with their questions and requests regarding system functionality, mass uploads and reporting.
- Manage basic configuration changes in the system as needed, monitor and test change request, SAP updates and support the implementation of new Successfactors modules, system updates and user testing when required.
- Working with COEs to translate business needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for specific projects.
- Thinking about quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity by ensuring a regular audit cadence in coordination with the People Analytics team.
- Actively identifying and resolving issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience and others HRIS integrations.
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance for a selected number of processes.
- Partnering with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
- Ad-hoc training to HR community, Peoples Leaders, employees on SF functionalities and other potential HR systems
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience as Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors
- Fluent in English is a must Bachelor degree equivalent level in HR, IT
- Knowledge in human resources and SuccessFactors is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of functional and/or technical experience in HR IT
- Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
- A strong and proven analytical mindset
- Operational experience in an HR-related role is a plus
