About the role:
As the HR Partner Operations & Product at Versuni, you will be a partnering with our Operations and Product & Innovation teams. You will provide guidance to ensure our human resources strategies align with operational goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development.
The impact you’ll make:
- Act as a trusted advisor to (E)LT members, providing insights and recommendations on people related matters
- Develop and implement strategic action plans supporting the strategy and business objectives.
- Collaborate with COEs to implement workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
- Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
- Champion employee engagement and retention strategies to reduce turnover and boost employee satisfaction.
- Lead performance management and talent review processes, driving a performance culture and creating a talent pipeline.
- Drive DEI initiatives to enhance diversity in hiring, development, and leadership.
- Support and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 8-12 yrs experience as an HR Business Partner in household durables or FMCG.
- Recent experience working as a strategic HR business partner for Leadership teams
- Deep knowledge of employment regulations, local labour law, and best practices in talent management, performance management, and workforce management.
- Experience in managing large-scale recruitment, talent development, and organizational change initiatives.
- Preferably an advanced degree in Business, Human Resources, or Law.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and judgment.
