About the role:
The impact you’ll make:
- Contribute to HR communication and process improvement.
- Participate in projects related to employee experience and culture.

Assist in managing Versuni’s global real estate lease portfolio, tracking key dates and compliance requirements.

Maintain lease documentation, ensuring accuracy in real estate data management systems.

Support workplace initiatives (e.g., space planning, office optimization, sustainability projects).

Support internal communication with workplace-related updates, newsletters, and announcements for employees.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HRIS or data tools is a plus.
