Job Title:  Group FP&A Data & BI Analyst

About the role:

You will play a key role in strengthening the Group FP&A function by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights. You will be the go-to expert for dashboarding, reporting, and financial analysis, supporting both the Group Finance team and regional stakeholders.

 

The impact you’ll make:

 

Reporting to the Lead Group FP&A, you will ensure high-quality, timely, and insightful management reporting, while also driving the development of advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.

 

  • Act as the go-to expert for dashboards and financial analysis within the Group FP&A team.
  • Take ownership of the maintenance, enhancement, and innovation of Group FP&A dashboards.
  • Lead Power BI reporting initiatives, from design and development to rollout and adoption.
  • Analyze dashboard data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the FP&A team.
  • Manage regular report refreshes and recurring reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build new reports and dashboards, and support ad-hoc analyses and data requests in SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Represent Group FP&A in the Databricks setup and integration, ensuring alignment with reporting workflows.
  • Provide critical support during budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant educational background.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or advanced financial analytics.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI: dashboard creation, optimization, and automation.
  • Strong skills in SQL and data modelling for efficient data handling.
  • Strong analytic, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus.
