At Versuni, you’ll be part of a dynamic global Consumer Engagement team of 8, serving 2 million consumers every year—from pre-sales to after-sales to digital support.

We’re looking for a Contact Center Manager who will drive innovation and elevate consumer care across EU markets (DACH & Southern Europe) and globally. This is your chance to make a real impact by improving service experiences, boosting our Service NPS, and optimizing how we connect with consumers across multiple touchpoints.
The impact you’ll make:
- Shape strategy & lead operations for both EU and global service lines.
- Boost consumer satisfaction by managing Service NPS and key care performance metrics.
- Lead external partnerships with outsourced vendors (100+ agents) and agencies, ensuring top-tier consumer experiences.
- Own the numbers—manage budgets, P&L, and resource planning for the outsourced support teams.
- Innovate the journey by defining and executing omni-channel consumer strategies (from contact centers to digital & social media).
- Develop people & teams—fostering skills and capabilities across outsourced partners to meet evolving business needs.
- Be the Voice of the Consumer—ensuring consumer insights shape decision-making across the organization.
