About the role:
As Fulfilment Manager, you'll lead the execution of customer orders in accordance with the customer’s service level standards, as well as support transformational projects applicable to the order fulfilment process and returns (reverse logistics). The customer in scope is Amazon, our biggest account.
Within this role you will work closely with relevant stakeholders within Amazon, next to internal Versuni colleagues within various teams, such as order management, warehouse & distribution, demand planning, inventory management, commercial/sales and fulfilment. You will also liaise with Versuni’s carrier partners and the logistics service providers, to resolve any challenges for smooth order fulfilment, and deliver successfully upon improvement projects. You will be a key member of the Europe Global Accounts Supply Chain team, driving daily operations with the customer.
You are part of the Global Accounts Supply Chain team and a counterpart to the European supply chain organization, reporting to the Global Accounts Supply Chain Lead. The impact you’ll make:

Ensures high-quality, reliable daily operations for fulfilling customer orders to Amazon, consistently delivering strong service levels and execution excellence.

Monitors the end-to-end order flow through structured daily management practices, identifying root causes of defects and driving effective, data-driven improvement actions.

Leverages digital and automation capabilities within Versuni and Amazon to continuously enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Establishes and maintains well-structured, clearly documented processes that run in a smooth and consistent cadence, ensuring adherence across all stakeholders.

Collaborates proactively with external partners and internal Versuni teams to remove operational roadblocks and translate daily challenges into continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns and drives key performance indicators, including Amazon out-of-stock levels and purchase order confirmation rates, with clear and consistent reporting to Amazon and internal stakeholders.

Identifies and delivers cost-saving opportunities in close partnership with Warehouse and Distribution teams, contributing to the reduction of overall cost-to-serve.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Academic degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.

3–5 years of experience in an operational role, ideally within e-commerce or online environments (Amazon experience is a plus).

Solid understanding of order fulfillment and returns processes, with a broad view of end-to-end supply chain operations.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SAP/SAC).

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service quality and operational excellence.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a hands-on and proactive approach.

Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus).
