Job Title:  Fulfillment Specialist

About the role:

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. From managing inventory flow to coordinating with third-party logistics providers, you will be at the heart of our distribution network. The impact you’ll make:

• Ensure seamless warehouse operations by managing inbound and outbound logistics, reconciling inventory, and overseeing the timely dispatch of goods
• Optimize third-party logistics (3PL) performance by overseeing daily operations, reviewing key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement
• Enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating delivery requirements, resolving logistics-related issues, and ensuring high service levels
• Drive cost efficiency by analyzing logistics expenses, negotiating freight rates, and implementing cost-effective shipping solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance by overseeing import/export operations, preparing shipping documents, and adhering to government requirements
• Support supply chain projects by collaborating with regional teams and implementing initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
• Improve freight management by optimizing global shipments via ocean, air, and courier services, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation
• Proactively solve shipping challenges by tracking deliveries, addressing issues promptly, and minimizing disruptions

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Strong 3PL management experience (5–7 years)
• Tertiary-level education in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
• Experience working with a global company within the logistics sector
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones
• Strong reporting skills with proven analytical capability
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• SAP experience preferred
• EDI experience preferred
• Fluency in English is required
• Self-driven and resilient with a can-do attitude - embodies an owner mindset with a strong commitment to contributing to the success of the organization
