Job Title: Finance Excellence Lead

About the role:

You are responsible for identifying and driving Finance excellence projects together with your stakeholders to continuously improve the Finance Function deliverables for Finance staff and non-Finance users of Finance output to benchmark levels.
You will work with a small, dedicated team of business process experts, as well as our Outsourced service provider (BPO) for business processes and IT delivery partner to achieve these goals.
You act as a Product owner for the finance domain defining the Finance process & IT roadmap and leveraging with other functions on the capacity needed to drive improvements/implement compliant solutions to the Versuni business template.

The impact you’ll make:

This role reports to the Head of Group Controlling. The role requires solid senior stakeholder management, with strong advisory skills and engaging communication style and people management experience

Drive the Strategy development and implementation of the finance process & systems template used within Versuni
Owns the finance roadmap to deploy new technical developments globally (like Robotics, AI & Advanced Analytics)
Responsible for the finance template including integration with other functions like SCM, IT, Consumer care
Involved in Budget discussions to safeguard investments to achieve the roadmap
Alignment with key stakeholders within the outsourced organizations (BPO/technical delivery team) to deliver the transformation roadmap.
Close collaboration with markets and functions like Operations on the legal requirements to be implemented to be compliant
Define work structures overarching departments to deliver the proper process governance and Masterdata
Validates and approves the finance outcome from a process together with the team of Business Process Experts

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Relevant work experience in Finance domain
Financial education and/or relevant experience (Finance Master, CMA, CFA or equivalent)
Good knowledge of finance tools (Excel, ERP, business intelligence tools) and LEAN
Good senior stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
Natural interest to create a deep understanding of the Versuni business and its financial aspects
Strong analytical skills
Fluent in English
