Job Title:  Field Sales Specialist (Rhône-Alpes Region)

About the role:

As a Field Sales Manager, you are a key driver of business growth in your region (Rhône-Alpes Region). Reporting to a dynamic team, you are responsible for the brand’s performance at the point of sale.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Maximize product visibility, stock levels, and in-store merchandising
  • Lead commercial actions to support both sell-in and sell-out
  • Train sales teams (retail staff, brand ambassadors)
  • Build strong relationships with regional decision-makers
  • Gather market insights and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Take part in marketing or retail projects aligned with your interests and skills
  • You will collaborate daily with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of your in-store missions. As part of the sales team, you will benefit from tailored coaching and be involved in strategic projects based on your aspirations and capabilities.

 

Territory:
Ideally based in department 69 (Rhône), covering departments: 01 / 03 / 38 / 42 / 63 / 69 / 71 / 73 / 74.

The company’s French headquarters is located in La Défense, Courbevoie (92).

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Higher education in business or commerce
  • Experience in sales and negotiation
  • Strong organizational and autonomous working skills
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Team spirit
  • Mandatory driver’s license (B)
  • Intermediate English proficiency
