Job Title:  FP&A Specialist

About the role:

Great opportunity to be at the core of driving the markets performance management via the execution and standardization of key FP&A commercial performance management processes

The impact you’ll make:

•    Drive/support the Financial Planning & Performance cycle in your market and perform actionable variance analyses on the market performance
•    Actively support business decisions by means of sound business analysis (business modeling, opportunity, promotional campaign analysis, etc.).
•    Liaise with Infosys FP&A support on the quality of deliverables to your market and ensure adherence and improvement of the analytics deliverables of the FP&A Infosys team for your market 
•    Act as Subject matter expert on financial & management reporting for the markets (e.g. markets monthly review decks) 
•    Quality, timeliness and accuracy of core planning, reporting and analysis deliverables in and beyond the Domestic Appliances planning & performance cycle.
•    Initiate improvement projects in the area of markets financial reporting: Drive the setup of a harmonized framework across the market aligned with the global standard to enable efficient and effective analysis support for your market BPs 
•    Building an internal network in your market and other FP&A and finance teams including Infosys at Chennai, India.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, accounting or business-orientated studies
•    A minimum of 2 years of related experience. Candidates will less experience will be considered as Junior FP&A Analyst
•    Working experience in commercial preferably international environment
•    Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
•    Proven ability to marry financial constructs with business knowledge and to partner with general and functional teams
•    Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools 
•    Ability to set priorities and cope with tight deadlines
•    Accountability for timeliness and accuracy of core deliverables (planning, analysis & reporting process and MEC related activities). Planning/forecast reliability. Scoping (business size, impact, breadth).
•    Ability to develop frameworks, guidelines and timelines for processes for all markets
•    Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint Experience with reporting & analytical tools
•    Fluent in English
