About the role:

You will support product quality by performing analysis, monitoring tests, and creating quality control plans for parts and assemblies. This includes ensuring both imported and local components meet required standards.
You will also manage product certifications, keep teams informed on regulatory updates, and maintain compliance with noise requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with global teams to align on product quality practices.

The impact you’ll make:

Perform the product quality analysis activities.
Monitor and perform component and product tests.
Create quality control plan for imported or domestic parts, products and assembly inspections.
Carry out the certification of the company's products with regulatory bodies.
Keep the areas informed about changes in standards and legislation related to the product.
Be responsible for maintaining and implementing the noise seal.
Participate in product quality negotiations with the global team.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

Demonstrated experience in product quality analysis within a structured and process-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software) or a related discipline is required.
Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience with problem framing, root cause analysis, and solution implementation.
High level of digital literacy, with the ability to effectively manage, interpret, and leverage data to support decision-making.
