Job Title:  Experienced Product Quality Analyst

About the role:

As an Experienced Product Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across all products manufactured at our Varginha plant. This role plays a critical part in guaranteeing product reliability, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

 

You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, acting as a key owner of product quality performance within the factory.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead product quality analysis activities, ensuring consistent reliability, safety, and compliance across all manufactured products.
  • Define and execute quality control strategies aligned with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis, manage non‑conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor key quality indicators, analyze trends, and recommend actions to enhance product performance and reduce defects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data‑driven insights and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
  • Partner with Engineering and Production to validate processes, support new product introductions, and ensure robust quality gates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including suppliers and certification bodies.
  • Ensure that all quality processes are followed rigorously to support operational excellence and plant performance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in product quality analysis, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality roles—ideally within consumer goods, electronics, appliances, or similar industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies (e.g., RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC).
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate manufacturing data into actionable improvement plans.
  • Experience working with quality management systems, audits, and non‑conformity processes.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset combined with hands-on operational experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, with a strong results‑driven mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, factory environment.
