About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate control and reconciliation of accounts receivable, managing collection processes, and maintaining strong customers relationships to support financial health and positive cash flow.

The impact you’ll make:

Monitor and manage accounts receivable portfolio.
Perform critical analysis and customer account reconciliations.
Execute timely and professional collection and dispute management processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain positive communication with customers.
Identify risks and opportunities to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Support monthly closing, reporting activities and audit requests.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

University degree (master’s degree) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics and/or another related field.
Proven experience in Collection or Finance.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Highly proactive with strong attention to detail.
ENGLISH FLUENCY, Spanish language is a plus.
