About the role:

You will be responsible for driving sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers, ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, innovation, delivery, and sustainability.
You will build strong supplier relationships, lead commercial negotiations, identify supply opportunities and risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to support business objectives and product lifecycle initiatives.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Execute sourcing activities and supplier negotiations for assigned materials and components.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to drive long-term value creation.
  • Identify cost reduction, productivity, and value engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and supply continuity.
  • Responsible for procurement Savings (Negotiation & DFX’s), developing new supply sources, mapping/planning/executing concept improvements; related to technical process/product proposals, that impact the Organization's total cost of ownership;
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, risks, and development opportunities.
  • Support new product development projects by ensuring timely supplier involvement and sourcing readiness.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs related to quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and service.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure procurement strategies support business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and commodity developments to anticipate risks and identify opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and contractual obligations.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or Supplier Management within a structured and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing suppliers, commercial agreements, and sourcing strategies.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, supplier risk management, and cost optimization methodologies.
  • High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and procurement analytics tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global and multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), consumer goods, manufacturing, or industrial environments is considered an advantage.
