Job Title:  Electronics Project Lead

About the role:

As an Electronics Project Lead, you will drive the execution of electronics-related development projects within Versuni’s coffee portfolio. You will play a key role in coordinating hardware-focused projects from concept through validation, ensuring solutions meet performance, quality and cost requirements.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Lead and coordinate electronics-focused development projects within the coffee product portfolio
  • Manage project execution related to electronic and electromechanical components such as motors, pumps, valves and control boards
  • Coordinate technical activities across engineering teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Support component selection, validation and testing activities to ensure performance, quality and reliability
  • Drive project planning, progress tracking and timely delivery of milestones
  • Perform hands-on validation work in lab environments, including testing and troubleshooting of hardware solutions
  • Support implementation of design changes, component replacements and continuous product improvements
  • Ensure alignment between hardware solutions, product requirements and manufacturing feasibility
  • Facilitate communication between technical specialists and project stakeholders throughout development phases

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Around 3 years of experience in electronics, mechatronics, automotive, industrial or consumer product development
  • Strong interest in project execution within a highly technical engineering environment
  • Good understanding of electronic components, modules and hardware validation processes
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to work directly with products, testing and lab activities
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Eager to learn, proactive and motivated to develop into a broader engineering leadership role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English

Compensation package 

The salary range for this position is EUR 35,000 – EUR 40,000 gross annual fixed compensation (RAL), corresponding to Level B2 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni’s objective, gender-neutral career framework.
