About the role:
Join our dynamic E-Commerce team, where you will support the execution and optimization of online marketing activities across key platforms. In this role, you will contribute directly to VCP category growth, revenue-driving campaigns, and strategic new product launches. You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, content deployment, campaign planning, and digital performance tracking.
The impact you’ll make:
Contribute to VCP priority categories by supporting daily e-commerce marketing operations, helping to drive revenue growth through strategic new product launches and timely content execution. Ensure smooth and accurate deployment of content and campaign assets across all e-commerce platforms. Support mega-campaigns such as Double Date events, Super Brand Days, and platform-exclusive launches, helping the team achieve Perfect Store Execution and content KPI targets.
E-Commerce Operations & Content Management
- Support the E-TSM with daily operational tasks including store content tracking, updating assets, competitor activity monitoring, and membership performance reviews.
- Assist in preparing livestream concepts, social media post coordination, and affiliate/KOL curation.
- Review and track ratings & reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Launch Support
- Assist the E-TSM in deploying launch content such as PDP updates, gold content, KV, product videos, and livestream concepts.
- Prepare exclusive launch executions tailored to each online platform.
Campaign & Performance Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of Double Date campaigns, Super Brand Days (SBD), and quarterly Brand Day events.
- Ensure all content submissions are deployed accurately and on time, following platform requirements and internal Perfect Store standards.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital commerce, analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and content operations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple content submissions and timelines.
- Analytical mindset to support performance tracking (ratings & reviews, store metrics, membership programs).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and platform teams.
- Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to commit for a period of 6 months.
