About the role:
Are you ready to drive the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer business and elevate our e-commerce platforms into market leaders? We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead the commercial execution and daily operations of our D2C online stores in Czechia and Slovakia.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of the online commercial calendar, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless alignment between product availability, marketing activities, and customer experience. You will play a key role in platform launches, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the digital shopping journey.
The impact you’ll make:
• Launch and activate new products across D2C platforms, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Maintain high standards of product content accuracy, pricing, and on-site presentation.
• Coordinate closely with IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support product and campaign execution.
• Align product availability and stock levels with commercial and marketing campaigns.
• Manage risks related to inventory constraints and support crisis communication when needed.
• Collaborate with external logistics partners and the Fulfilment Manager to ensure operational alignment and reporting.
• Support the execution of CRM campaigns (e.g., seasonal promotions, brand campaigns, and key commercial moments).
• Coordinate with creative agencies to develop digital assets such as banners, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Search and affiliate marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyse performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Manage and optimize budgets across Paid Media, affiliate programs, and content marketing initiatives.
• Conduct UX testing and analyse the customer journey to identify conversion improvement opportunities.
• Support platform launches, including testing, content migration, and experience optimization initiatives.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
• Higher degree of education
• 5 + years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce field earned in a similar size company
• Working experience in managing own e-commerce store in Business to Consumer field is a must
• Practical knowledge of launching new e-commerce platforms / websites / apps
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools)
• Working experience with MS Office package
• Experience running paid and affiliate campaigns
• Stakeholder Management skills
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and manage projects in a cross-functional model
• Analytical and organizational skills – working with historical data, reporting, action optimization
• Proficiency in both English and Czech, any other Eastern European language is strong advantage
