Job Title:  E-commerce Acceleration Senior Manager

About the role:

The E-Commerce Acceleration Senior Manager supports the execution of global eCommerce strategies by partnering with local teams to overcome challenges and unlock growth opportunities. It focuses on helping in localizing global playbooks, driving capability building, and leading cross-functional initiatives that accelerate eCommerce transformation. The role collaborates closely with digital, marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

The impact you’ll make:

•    Act as a strategic advisor and problem solver for local teams, connecting them with expert resources and solutions.
•    Localize and implement global playbooks and operating models for eCommerce.
•    Collaborate with markets to identify barriers and implement solutions.
•    Lead training sessions and workshops to build local capabilities.
•    Manage cross-functional projects that support eCommerce transformation.
•    Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization actions.
•    Partner with digital, marketing, sales, and IT to ensure cohesive execution.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    7+ years of experience in eCommerce (pure play, omnichannel retail).
•    Proven ability to support regional teams and deliver cross-functional projects.
•    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
•    Experience working in a matrix organization.
