Job Title:  E-commerce Acceleration Director

About the role:

The role serves as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner to local teams, helping them overcome key challenges and unlock growth opportunities by connecting them with expert resources and tailored solutions. It drives the localization and execution of global eCommerce strategies, supports Joint Business Plan development, and leads cross-functional initiatives to accelerate ecommerce transformation. The position also ensures capability building through training, performance tracking, and close collaboration with digital, marketing, sales, and IT teams.

The impact you’ll make:

•    Acts as a strategic advisor and problem solver, helping local teams resolve key challenges and unlock new opportunities by connecting them with topical experts and the right resources
•    Provides hands-on support to countries  by tailoring Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to help them achieve excellence in execution and track progress vs. benchmarks
•    Localize and implement global playbooks and operating models for eCommerce
•    Collaborate with markets to identify barriers and implement solutions.
•    Lead training sessions and workshops for local teams.
•    Manage cross-functional projects supporting eCommerce transformation.
•    Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization actions.
•    Partner with digital, marketing, sales, and IT to ensure strategic alignment.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    10+ years of experience in eCommerce (pure play, omnichannel retail)
•    Proven experience managing regional teams and global projects.
•    Strong strategic and analytical skills.
•    Experience working in a matrix organization.
