About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical E-Commerce E-Merchandiser/Specialist to drive our digital commerce media strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing media touchpoints across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for our customers.

The Impact You’ll make:

  • Ensure the seamless execution of e-commerce content (A+ Content, enhanced brand content, videos, 360-degree images, product tiles and descriptions, etc.) through Bynder, Salsify, Icecat, and retailer-specific content platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Global Digital team to ensure content (on-platform banners and PDP catalogues) meets the requirements of local retailers.
  • Regularly track and analyze PDP and other e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, content engagement) to identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop a comprehensive and data-driven e-commerce media strategy for all relevant e-commerce channels to maximize brand visibility and conversion rates.
  • Streamline data collection, tracking, and performance measurement to optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Build an understanding of consumer touchpoints, analyzing their behavior and engagement to enhance targeting and personalization.
     

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience working with Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other retail media networks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Understanding of PDP (Product Detail Page) optimization, including product titles, descriptions, images, and enhanced content (A+ content, videos, comparison charts, etc.).
  • Language: Fully proficient in both German and English.
