About the role:
As an e-Commerce ( Amazon ) Content Manager, you will drive content excellence across Amazon, owned.com, and key e-retailers globally. You will shape and execute our content strategy, ensuring our presence on digital shelves reflects the Versuni brand and meets the expectations of today’s connected consumers. Working cross-functionally and collaboratively, you’ll play a key role in streamlining content delivery and maximizing campaign impact
The impact you’ll make:
- Create and execute of the eCommerce content strategy for Amazon and other eRetailers (including rich media, product cards, shop-in-shop, etc.)
- Ensure seamless collaboration with Digital teams and Functional Units (FUs) to meet content development needs and business objectives
- Govern a streamlined content design, management, and deployment process
- Align content initiatives with broader market-wide eCommerce strategies
- Collaborate with media, digital, creative, and content experts within global marketing to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Develop and implement eCommerce content guidelines that promote consistent brand expression and consumer relevance across all touchpoints
- Monitor and optimize performance through best-in-class online tools and metrics such as conversion rates and engagement
- Foster a continuous improvement approach through testing, learning agendas, and research
- Coordinate eCommerce agency partners to ensure high-quality and efficient content delivery
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- 5–8 years of diverse experience in a similar role, ideally in a brand or retail environment
- Experience working directly with content on Amazon platform is must have
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape and online shopper behavior
- Track record in complex digital project management and process optimization
- Excellent planning, time and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative execution
- Comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization, up to senior leadership
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- Business acumen and sound decision-making
- Proficient in English
- Polish and other European language is added value
